How to fix upgrade problem - from CUCM 7.1.2 to 8.0?

Hi all,

I downloaded the beta-trial kit for CUCM 8.0 and tried to perform an upgrade on our lab machine. After about 20-30 minutes after starting the installation we get "An unknown error occurred while accessing the upgrade file" error message and the upgrade stops.

Any idea about how to fix this and perform the upgrade?

The Version 8 beta is new install only as far as I am aware. You will also get a problem with the license from 7.

When I downloaded from Cisco site ISO files, there was ISO(part1+part2) separatelly for fresh and upgrade.
