How to maximize the usage of 128 participants for CUCM Conference Bridge

Is there anyone already implemented a dedicated CUCM - Media Resource Manager in a cluster dedicated for Conferencing? Is this setup is required to maximize the usage of 128 participants in the cluster as indicated on the CUCM Service Parameter or there's other option?

What CUCM version are you running? The default value for call count on conference bridge parameters is 48 and the maximum is 256 if you want to increase the default value it's recommended you build a separate server for IPVMSA
