how to record calls using CUCM 7.1.5.33900-10

Can anyone let me know if this is possible? if so can you point to a doc or video?

I have a feeling that if it CAN be done the call manager might do a poor job of it so if anyone has had any good experiences with a 3rd party platform, feel free to recommend.

Hi Brent

CUCM 7 (well 6+) has hooks in it to enable recording products to work without SPAN type configurations. It cannot record anything on it's own - it requires third party products to leverage the APIs that it offers.
