How to restore factory settings for MCU 3515 (IPVC-3515-MCU12) ?

Can someone tell me how to restore the factory settings for MCU 3515 (IPVC-3515-MCU12)  ?

I want to remove everything from the MCU config.

I already know the Restore factory configuration from Advanced configuration menu of the modifyTargetDevice command. It doesn't remove all the settings.
