We are on CUCM 12x. We have some users who monitor multiple lines from their phones. If multiple lines are ringing simultaneously on their phone and they just pickup the handset to answer it always defaults to answering one particular line every time. Is there anyway to change the priority of what the default line is that is answered in this scenario?

I think this is the closest we can get. Ideally what we were looking for is how to set a priority on shared lines that simultaneously ring rather than manually picking which one but doesn't seem like that is possible
