I'm trying to set up auto attendant which will allow caller to dial a local number. see config below

Call Manager 9.1

DN: 1700

Forward all calls to Voicemail

Unity Connection 9.1

System Call Handler>Auto atttendant>1700

System Call Handler>Auto atttendant>caller input>0>Operator Call Handler>extension 1000

System Call Handler>Auto atttendant>caller input>1>Conversation>Caller System Transfer

System Call Handler>Auto atttendant>Greeting>standard>

                    During Greeting:

                                        Personal recording

enable "Allow Transfers to Numbers Not Associated with Users or Call Handlers"

                    After Greeting

                                        Conversation>Caller System Transfer

System Settings>Restriction Tables>Default System Transfer>Restriction Patterns

                                        1???

Results:

-- I was able to route call to the operator call handler

-- upon pressing 1 there a prompt asking for a number, dialed 1080 but system cannot complete transfer "you cannot be tranfer to this number check           the number and try again"

--call got disconnected when dialing 1080 upon hearing the announcement

Can anyone help me on this.

What is 1080 defined as on CUCM? Is it in parition listed in CSS applied to the UCXN SIP trunk or voicemail ports?

Chris

1080-Phone DN-Phone_PT

1903-Vm port-FAC_PT-Internal_CSS

Hi Darryl,

As a quick test can you set a phone up with the

Vm port-FAC_PT-Internal_CSS and make sure you

can call 1080. Also try moving "1??? - allow" up to the top of

the restriction table just to be sure.

I just tested a similar set up here and it could be blocked or allowed

with a similar 1??? config on Default System Transfer>Restriction Patterns

Cheers!

Hi Darryl,

I would use this Tool from the great suite of Unity Tools to have a look at the call flow

on a "test" call this may give us a hint as to what's actually happening here
