Hunt pilot calls dropped when answered, only when queueing is configured
I currently have some Hunt pilots configured that are working perfectly fine.
I recently re-configured some of them to add the queueing feature in order to play a custom announcement before routing to Hunt Members.
It is working for most cases (external calls, Jabber calls, IP Communicator calls), but some internal calls from IP Phones 7841 get disconnected. They do hear the announcement, they also hear the ringing tone after the announcement but as soon as a Hunt member try to answer the call it get dropped right away. If I disable the queueing it is working just fine.

Any clue what can cause this issue or where to look at ?
Is there a way in UCCE with using an admin script maybe using the email application in Call Studio to send out an email? I know in UCCX you can send out an email if the script were to fail but is there a way to do it in UCCE? Any help would be great!
