Hello everyone !!!
We have a CUCM ver 10.5 platform.
We need to create a hunting group which:
First) Call to a PSTN number (engineer on duty number)......IF not answer..
Second) Call to an internal DN (Support level 3).
Our Pilot number is 785500
As we are unable to add PSTN numbers as a hunt group member, we created internal DN 784500, and we configured Call Forward All to redirect this call to external PSTN number.
When we call 784500 ....the call is properly forwarded to external PSTN number.
When we call pilot number 785500 ....the call never goes to external PSTN number.
We configured our Hunt Group with only the DN 784500 (which CFA goes to PSTN number) and the pilot call failed
This Hunting configuration is allowed ????? Or we are missing something on configuration.
Best Regards
Enrique

This has been asked, literally, hundreds and hundreds of times before at CSC. A simple search would have provided the answer to this, the behavior you're seeing, is WAD. Any call forward behavior is bypassed when a call is extended via a hunt pilot. You need to use SNR to do that.
