I can't monitor Android BOT device from JTAPI client

Hi all,

We want to record the voice  of devices  with Nice recording system

When we make a test call  from Jabber   windows client   ( CSF client)    we can record and we can see the data on JTAPI client.

When we make a test call from Jabber android client   ( BOT client)   we cant record as we cant see data on JTAPI client

Does JTAPI support android clients?

It would not works as this is not CTI manager supported devices . Please see the list of CTI JTAP supported devices
