I cannot access Cisco Prime assurance 12.1

I am wanting to implement a Cisco prime assurance 12.1 in a client, before I had installed version 11.5 without problems.

Download the image (there are for small, medium and large implementations), the .OVA weighs around 3.5 gb, I deploy the VM, lift and see the following:

2021-07-19 20_47_08-2_33 Hasta que se agote el tiempo de espera de la sesión - localhost.localdomain.png

 

I log in with user globaladmin / Cisco123 !, but I cannot access the Web environment.

Is there something else to do?

Go through Cisco Prime Collaboration Assurance and Analytics Install and Upgrade Guide - 12.x. Read below two sections.
