Here is my problem. Active Assistant is configured to use SSL. When i type type http://servname/web/aa, it comes up with a login. I enter my login and password and it accesses the Active Assistant, but it doesn't give me tools to modify my Voice Mail settings. It only gives me in the left pane is log off and in the right pane it gives me Unity Version. Their is nothing to select in the top right corner either. Can any tell me what could be causing this.

Which version of Unity do you have?

Version 4.0.3 SR 1

ActiveAssistant was replaced by Cisco Personal Communication Assistant (CPCA) starting with Unity 4.x. The new URL you should be using looks

like http:///ciscopca. See:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps2237/products_administration_guide_chapter09186a00801ba66c.html#1128540

If this is an upgrade from an earlier version of unity then the ActiveAssistant URL should automatically have been redirected to this

new location during upgrade.
