After installation of the IM and Presence Server 11.5 I cannot access it through the web browser. When I type in the IP address of my newly configured server it gives me the error "This site can't be reached."
I was able to activate all the services from the CM Servicability for IMP. I need a resolution to be able to access the administration portal to finish my Lync integration.

Try to login to IM&P publisher using CLI and check status of the services using command:
utils service list
See if any services are stopped. i think Platform Administrative Web Service is the one you need to check specifically.

Logged into the CLI and verified that "Platform Administrative Web Service" was running. So I did a restart on that service and still no luck.

So apparently I just had a miscommunication with my network team. One of the guys used to be on my team and decided to change the gateway. But thank you all for the replies
