IM and Presence can't access through web browser

After installation of the IM and Presence Server 11.5 I cannot access it through the web browser. When I type in the IP address of my newly configured server it gives me the error "This site can't be reached."

 

I was able to activate all the services from the CM Servicability for IMP. I need a resolution to be able to access the administration portal to finish my Lync integration.

Try to login to IM&P publisher using CLI and check status of the services using command:

utils service list

 

See if any services are stopped.  i think Platform Administrative Web Service is the one you need to check specifically.

Logged into the CLI and verified that "Platform Administrative Web Service" was running. So I did a restart on that service and still no luck.

Can you share the status for "utils service list" "utils dbreplication runtimestate" "utils diagnostic test"?
In case of IM&P services takes time to get stable after the cluster up.
Kindly share the output for above mentioned commands?

I cannot give you screen shots but I will relay the information as best as I can. 

 

utils service list - all services are running except the following

Cisco XCP Directory Service [STOPPED] Component is not running

Cisco XCP File Transfer Manager [STOPPED] Component is not running

Cisco XCP Message Archiver [STOPPED] Component is not running

Cisco XCP XMPP Federation Connection Manager [STOPPED] Component is not running

Primary node = false (The UCM should be the Primary if I am not mistaken after you set up the Presence Redundancy Group)

 

utils dbreplication runtimestate

Runtime state cannot be performed on a cluster with a single active node; aborting operation (I'm not certain if this is pertinent but I am running CUCM as the publisher and a CUC subscriber, and starting IMP now as another subscriber)

 

utils diagnostic test

test - disk_space : Passed

skip - disk_files : This module must be run directly and off hours

test - service_manager : Passed

test - tomcat : Passed

test - tomcat_deadlocks : Passed

test - tomcat_keystore : Passed

test - tomcat_connectors : Passed

test - tomcat_threads : Passed

test - tomcat_memory : Passed

test - tomcat_sessions : Passed

skip - tomcat_heapdump : This module must be run directly and off hours

test - validate_network : Passed

test - raid : Passed

test - system_info : Passed (Collected system information in diagnostic log)

test - ntp_reachability : Passed

test - ntp_clock_drift : Passed

test - ntp_stratum : Passed

skip - sdl_fragmentation : This module must be run directly and off hours

skip - sdl_fragmentation : This module must be run directly and off hours

 

If you need more information from the diag.log file let me know and I can get that for you.

So apparently I just had a miscommunication with my network team. One of the guys used to be on my team and decided to change the gateway. But thank you all for the replies
