Importing CUCME Users to CUE

Hi,

 

I am using cisco ISR4351/K9 as CME (CME 10.5.0) and I can use its GUI.

I also installed virtual CUE Version 9.0.7.

Once I try to Run Initialization Wizard, CUE tells me that there is "No users found on CUCME."

Kindly, advise me what to do so that I can import users from CUCME. I also attach full configuration I did on my CME

Hi,

I have seen many other posts which had problems with importing users for SIP devices configured in CUCME. I have also tried for SIP devices and it did not work. Below statement from Unity Express guide says importing and/or managing of users is supported only for ephone users. (https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/unity_exp/administrator/AA_and_VM/guide/vmadmin_book.pdf

"Cisco Unity Express does not support importing and/or managing Cisco Unified CME Extension Mobility (EM) users, only ephone users."

I am assuming that CUE doesn't support importing and/or managing of SIP users. You need to create it manually.
