incoming call to an extension route automatically to another extension (CM 8.5.1)

Hi

I have the following problem with two extensions in CallManager 8.5.1, this issue takes place randomly.

When I call to extension 2251 (7911 IP phone) in stead of ringing on it, it rings extension 2242 (7911 IP phone).

I have already checked call forwards, hunt list but I did´nt find any reason that make this behavior.

Something similar  happen when I dial extension 2250 (7912 IP Phone), the extension 2576 (7911 IP phone) rings instead of extension 2250.

Use Dialed Number Analyzer to analyze the call path and see if there are multiple possible paths that might overlap, etc.

Hey mate,

did you notice if its affecting internal or external calls only? translations on the GW will not be catched on DNA.
