Hi everyone !!!
We have a CUCM BE6000 ver 10.5.1.10000-7 running good for more than six months.
We have installed and configured a new Informacast ver 11.0.2 virtual server. And we completed CUCM- Informacast integration (including proper multicast routing configuration), following procedure from:
We are using the Basic Paging license for 50 Ip Phones that is available for new CUCM systems.
Everything looks good:
a) CTI ports registered on CUCM
b) CTI route point (with number: #31) registered on CUCM
c) CUCM URL and Secure CUCM URL Authentication Parameters pointing to: https://Informacast_ IP_address:8443/ccmcip/authenticate.jsp
d) On Informacast we see the Ip phones ( a total of 102 Ip Phones)
e) On informacast we see the CTI ROute point #31 in service.
f) On informacast we can add a recipient with 3 Ip phones for testing.
g) On Informacast we configured the Dial Cast for my new recipient ( #31).
But when we try to generate a Basic Paging we receive:
A signal sound and the following message:
"We are sorry No devices could be activated, your Broadcast could not be completed"
When we check the logs on Informacast server, we don't see any error messages, only messages related to the broadcast sent.
I followed recommendations from Cisco Forum:
But I still have the problem....
Do I have to require an additional license from Cisco to enable this Basic Paging capability for first 50 Ip Phones that we are supposed to have?
Or I am missing something on this configuration?

Hi,
As per the Installation and user guide Informacast 11.0 , InformaCast is compatible with the following versions of Cisco Unified Communications Manager server (including Business Edition 6000): 8.5.1, 8.6.2, 9.0.1, 9.1.2, 10.0.1, 10.5.2, or 11.0.1.

The 10.5.1 version looks to have been left out due to some reason. I would suggest confirming the same with TAC before proceeding with troubleshooting this issue.

But in this case the problem was not the version.
As Informacast support told me this version is compatible.
The problem was a misconfiguration on Informacast's "Administration Broadcast Paramters".
I DESELECTED "Send commands to Phone by JTAPI" option and everything started to work !!!!

Hi Buddies,
I'm trying for Basic Paging system with CUCM v11.5 and Informacast v11.5. But stuck in "Connecting CUCM and InformaCast" part. During "Connecting CUCM and InformaCast" a message is prompting like attachment.
Please suggest me the way out. It is mentioned that I'm using InformaCast trial version.
