Inicial Announcement Configuration - Only the firt call hears it.

I set up a welcome message and uploaded it with no problem.
I set up a Music On Hold Audio Source with an initial annuncement of the audio file I loaded.
The problem is, that when the first call enters it passes the greeting that I have collected,
If I enter a second call, at the same time, it passes the default welcome greeting of the call manager.
What can be missing?

Did you upload the .wav files on each MOH server in your cluster?

although it appears on the second server, it was only resolved after uploading the .wav file in subscriber
