Inova Solutions QReader

Hi,

I wonder if anyone can help. I have recently upgraded a clients CallManager to version 7 and UCCX to version 7. They have some Inova Solutions Qreader Wallboards that were running with their UCCX 4.0.5 servers. I have tried to redirect the wallboards to the new UCCX 7 servers but it is not working.

The model of the QReader is the M4.

Has anyone got these working with UCCX 7, I have setup the Real Time Snapshot Writing configuration for the wallboard however I receive an "Operation Failed An error was encountered during authenticaiton"

Are there any additonal settings required on the UCCX server?
