Hi all,
Has any of you experienced this? Installation of CUPC8.0.1 on a Windows 7 Ultimate failed with error:
The wizard was interrupted before Cisco Unified Personal Communicator could be completely installed.
I'm using a Windows 7 Ultimate with Dot Net Framework 4.0. UAC disabled.
CiscoUnifiedPersonalCommunicatorK9.msi is permitted to run at the 'unrestricted' authorization level.
Any idea? Thanks in advance!

Are you using the msi or the exe? I have had this happen with the msi, but the exe seems to work.

Issue resolved.
I'm using the msi. For whatever reason, I have to uninstall the CIPC and remove cisco and cisco systems folder under c:\program files.
It seems that CUPC wants a clean installation. I had CIPC and CUPC installed on this machine before.
