Installing CUCM 7.1 on HP Proliant DL 320 G5P

Hello,

        I am trying to install CUCM 7.1 on HP Proliant DL 320 (2 x 500GB hard Drive, Dual-Core Intel (R) Xeon (TM) Processor 3.00 GHz/ 1333 MHz, 6MB L2) for a lab I'm trying to setup. When doing this, on CUCM 7.1, I get detecting server Hardware - this can take several minutes then it displays

Validation error on HSSI mode:

7825H4 Validation Failure:

7828H4 Validation Failure

               CPU Speed Validation Mismatch: found [3.00GHz]

Memory Size Validation Mismatch: found [4 GB] expecting [8 GB]

Any help would be appreciated on this please.

Hi, did you check whether the HW is supported at all? You cannot just go and install CUCM on any server platform.
What I would do: go and install VMWare ESXi on the server and then install CUCM. For lab purposes, this would be alright.

    I did check the list of Supported platforms and its listed in the same column as MCS 7825H4.
