Integrate CUCM with ALCATEL issue

Hi,

Now I try to integrate CUCM vers 11.5 with ALCATEL vers 12 via SIP Trunk.

When I call from cisco phone (CUCM side) to Alcatel phone (Alcatel Side) everything is normally.

But when I call from Alcatel phone to Cisco phone voice will delay around 1-2 second.

I try to tuning about codec or anything but it's not working.

Please suggest to me.

Alcatel could be looking for more dial pattern matches.  Is there any overlapping ranges on the Alcatel side pointing to Cisco?
