Internal error on CUCM 7.1.5 migration

Hi,

We are trying to migrate our 7.1.5 CUCM installation to 10.5 using PDC 10.5.2.

We have installed successfully the PDC server but when we try to discover the CUCM cluster it gets an internal error.

We have checked the PCD logs but we don't see any error or useful information.

Can you help us?

Thanks in advance. Kind regards,

Joel

Hi Jaime,

We obtain the following error in PCD:

2015-08-05 11:29:03,393 INFO  [DefaultQuartzScheduler_Worker-3] inventory.Migration.installCop - installCop return cmdOutput
2015-08-05 11:29:03,394 INFO  [DefaultQuartzScheduler_Worker-3] inventory.Migration.installCop - installCop return cmdOutput CALLING ucmapLib::upgrade { 172.22.60.130 administrator 172.22.60.134 ciscocm.ucmap_platformconfig.cop.sgn cop/ adminsftp 0}

CALLING ucmapLib::setPagination {exp3 0}
CALLING ucmapLib::cancelUpgrade

Also, in the Call Manager we have the following output:

admin:file view install install_log_2015-08-05.11.25.03.log

08/05/2015 11:25:03 file_list.sh|Starting file_list.sh|<LVL::Info>

08/05/2015 11:25:03 file_list.sh|file_list.sh complete (rc=25)|<LVL::Info>

We think the .cop file is not correctly installed.

What could do we now ?

Thanks

Hi Jaime,

Thanks a lot. We have tried have you commented about the manual COP file install and it started the migration process.

We will say you something when it finishes.

Thanks again and kind regards,

Joel

Thanks for all
