IP Communicator time

I have some users who are user the IP Communicator v 7.0.5 via our VPN and the time on their software is perfect.Other users, who are configured identicly, get a system time that is 3 hours ahead on GMT time.

Any ideas where I should look.

I do have my timezone for the EST time zone set to NY +_ sign set for that group.

Do you have enable the ntp?

Of course. Like I said, it works for most phones, just a few are off.
