IP IVR Prompts folder - copy to anotehr IP IVR possible?

            Hi All,

we have two IP IVR server not in replication..they both are configured for redundancy but somehow prompts are not replicated across two boxes.

can we copy prompts folder from one server to another server and this will serve the purpose or any procedure to do the needful.

Hi Gautam,

You can use the Prompt Managment page of IPIVR admin page to upload these IVR prompts.
