IP Phone serial numbers on CUOM 9.0

Hi, I'm running newly installed CUOM 9.0, the phone reports show all serial numbers as n/a.  All the requirements from the documentation seem to be met, but CUOM can't seem to get switch, port, or serial # details.  Any ideas? What should I be checking?

The CUOM gets the xml file from the phone but you need also  enable

web access to the phone page from the call manager.

Also check if there are any firewalls blocking http traffic .
