i have CCM 4.2 and now i am trying to install CRS 4.0(4) but after entering the LDAP entries it showing me this Error(( an error occured wile proccessing LDAP entries the exeption is : csco_clss::ldapConnection::resolve()unableto resovle dn because ou was missing)).
my ldap entries are (cn=DirectoryManager 0=cisco.com,ou-Users)
please i need your urgent help on this case
