Is eGain version 4.2 compatible with IE9 in Windows 7?

Is eGain version 4.2 compatible with IE9? I can get it to work with IE8 but not IE9

Has anyone found an answer to this yet?  This question is 7 months old and my client has asked me the same question.

No it is not.  You would need to upgrade WIM to 4.4 and even then I don't believe it is officially supported, might need to run IE9 in IE8 compatibility mode.
