Is it possible for CDR entries to show up late?

Is it possible for CDR entries to show up delayed?

We have 10x UCM/UCCX and had problem with a database call action the other day. It resulted in Call Center agents hearing a phone ring then it hangs up with no voice heard. These were usually recorded (via CUIC historical report) as "talking" state for agent for 2 seconds.

When I initially looked for CDRs in the UCM for these 2-second calls, I could not find any. So it seemed, at the time, like some sort of spurious ring related to the DB-check problem.

But today I went back to look at the CDRs and there they are... They are now visible and show the timeline of a call coming in and hanging up right away.

Did I just imagine not seeing the CDRs? Or can CDRs arrive late into the database?

Confused about this.

Thanks for any help.

Garry

If you have a communication problem between your nodes in the system this would impact delivery of CDR data between the nodes in the cluster.
