Is it possible to change a VM box to greeting only in CUC 8.5

We have a user who is going on leave and they would like to leave their message greeting in place, but would like to turn off the ability for callers to leave them an actual voicemail.  Is there a way to disable that functionality for this one user?

Thanks!

Hi Andrew,

For many of our Users we set the under

the Alternate Greeting section (Edit). For these people they control if Messages are

accepted by what Greeting they record. So the user could just record an Alternate greeting

before going on leave.

Or you could go to the active greeting for the user in question and change

the "after greeting action".

Just a thought

Cheers!
