is the bug CSCue95708 fixed in CVP 9.0 ?

We are using CVP 9.0 and facing bug CSCue95708. Please let us know if this bug(marked as 8.0) is fixed in 9.0.

Hi,

The bug still shows in 'Open' state, also the release notes of none of the latest versions show this bug in resolved caveats.
