We are moving to a new Call Center Platform. I need to remove our entire UCCX cluster. Is there a procedure to corectly remove the cluster? System version: 10.6.1.11002-15.
Not exactly. If you are moving to something other than Cisco UCCX then all you would do is shut down the cluster and then manually remove the cti ports/cti route points/device pools/css/pt and application users.
