Issues up grading Ip phone

I have tried everything I know and I'm missing something.  Still unable to get phones firmware to up load. I am able to get the phone to at least take part of the configure. Since I have to use the password to get into the phone. Only thing let is to have it display. any great wisdom. I have attached a few documents to show the firmware is in the TFTP server and the register global. Would to get this behind me and learn how to make this process quicker....

Thank you in advance for any advice....

No this is not a working environment, it is a testing environment.  I am trying to learn to set them up, so I can then take them to another router that is in a working environment and deploy them there.

Thanks again for taking the time to help...

I mean the above configuration which i shared is from a working customer site. Try the above.

Also  make sure that the files are in the right folders.

Ok making some progress, at least now. When I go into Phone information I  see the upgrade failed and the old firmware is still there but when I go to show details it has the current firmware visible and above it says inactive cmterm-88xx-14-0-1-0101-145
