Hello everyone.

We have a unified solution, which is configured with a AA. We were asked to add another AA. After applying the configuration, and let it work, people started to realize that the new AA calls began to be rejected.

% IVR-3-LOW_CPU_RESOURCE: IVR: System experiencing high cpu utilization (96/100).

      Call (caller = 107 456) is Rejected.

Variables that can take into account:

Voicemail Ports? (24 ports)

Capacity Gateway (2921)?
