Looks like this horse has been around a few times now. I got a CUCM on System version: 10.5.1.10000-7 with Jabber 10.5.2 and everyone has no current issues except one new user. This user cannot log into Jabber despite having the correct credentials and username. They can log into Finesse fine and log into any computer on the network with no issues. If I use someone else's Jabber login, everything works fine. Seems to be isolated to just this one user. Any ideas? I don't see any special characters in their name, it's all lowercase with no spaces (firstinitial,lastname). Running out of ideas short of getting a PRT report and sending it to TAC. This issue apparently happened before and was "supposedly" fixed by a patch. But now we are full circle and back to a single new user having problems again.

You can try disabling the user for IM&P and then re-enabling it.
