Hello, since a few days we get at some cients the message attached. 

We installed the client with EXCLUDED-SERVICES=WEBEX 

The clients are installed a long time and the issue appeared without updateing anything. 

Does anybody know why?

Hi,

 

you installed it with a wrong parameter.

You need it with underscore: "EXCLUDED_SERVICES=WEBEX"
