Hi,
We've been using Jabber clients for a number of months now however a strange issue has occurred over the past number of days. If a user is typing in an office application e.g. Word or Outlook the focus will switch mid typing to the jabber dock text window. It's completely new so I am not too sure where to look - I did find mention of something here Previous thread about same issue.
Here's some environment info
- Headset - Plantronics BT300
- Jabber Client - 11.7.1
I did find an entry in the affected user logs called ACC_MAKE_CALL however I was unable to find anywhere that explained the events.
If there's any other info I can give to help, let me know.
