Jabber for Windows remote desktop control screen black

Dear all,

there's is remote take over issue in Jabber for windows 10.6, when user A takes over user B's desktop, and there's a popup for admin rights at B's computer, after that A will see black screen. can you one suggest what could be the issue?

Possibly something to do with the PC Security. Can you please try log into the PC with local Administrative Account with firewall disable if you are able to reproduce the issue? Another possibility is Group Policy, this also can be isolated using logging into local PC (not joining domain). This might atleast isolate the issue
