Jabber - Old Contacts Removal - Version 11.7.1 - CUCM 10.5.1 and Presence

Hello All,

      What is the best way to remove old contacts from jabber?  Is the only way to just remove from the jabber windows client itself?  I'am also trying to find out if it is possible to push a contact list in jabber to new users.  Rather then users having too add the contacts they want.  I'am using 11.7.1 with CUCM 10.5.1 and IM and Presence 10.5.1.  Thanks

You can use BAT to insert contact lists.

There is no easy way to delete users you no longer have in IM&P from the users, the contact lists do not update automatically to remove those users.

You can have a lot more control if you use LDAP groups, as those are centrally managed in LDAP, but you'd need to upgrade to 11.x to get that.
