Tried using ClicktoX = disable
tried all the registry hacks mentioned in Cisco support forum. Tried uninstalling Jabber, nothing fixes it. Jabber = 11.8. Outlook and Lync = 2010
what is the magic fix?

Are you also using the CLEAR=1 switch to delete the existing bootstrap?

As far as i know there is no fix for this. Yes, there are forums where REG hacks are given, but in my past experience none works, not even CLEAR=1 switch.
Based on my TAC Experience and folks i know there, it becomes very hard to remove this feature once it gets enabled.
Not sure if anyone knows the right fix, its more of hit and trial sometimes it works and sometime it doesn't.
