Hello.. i have been facing issue where few users are not able to login on Jabber, we restarted CUCMs and CUPs servers yesterday. All services has started (user agent, DB). Please suggest.

internally & externally both not working for these users. User auth are integrated with AD.

I just created test local account for Jabber and found that it is not working, it seems new users are not able to login on Jabber.
When i choose automatic login it shows "username & password is incorrect" and when i chose manual login it shows "Cant communicate with server". Credential are correct i reset three times on CUCM.
Something is not working b/w CUCM & CUP, pls help.
