KEM Module Question

One of our customer has 8961 phones with KEM , in KEM when you configure a "Programmable Feature" on the left side buttons it displays only half on the screen, I understand the other half is for buttons on the right side. Since it is cutting the display in half when you configure feature like "Do Not Disturb" it doesn't display in full so customer wants to know is there anyway we can customize the label (like Do Not Disturb as DND) ? OR if they just configure buttons on the left side is it possible to display in full screen and not configure  anything on the right side buttons or disable the right side buttons .

Hi Bala,

The KEM is designed to support as many keys as possible, which is why there is space available for 18 keys per page.  It is not possible to configure a feature to take the entire display real-estate for a line.
