LDAP autentication enabled. UpdateCredential Failure (Cisco Unified CM Administration)

Hi All,

Has anyone ever got the following when trying to access the Cisco Unified CM Administration with SSO enabled.

When accessing the link it does the SSO Authentication and then present the Cisco Unified CM Administration page with the error LDAP autentication enabled. UpdateCredential Failure.

And this is not for all users only a hand full of users.

Any idea what could cause this?
