LDAP Sync Clear Field

I have LDAP sync on CUCM enabled, and it is working fine.  When initially configured, the pager field and the fax field were both filled in on AD.  Since then we have cleared all those fields in AD.  However even after syncing LDAP with CUCM, those fields are still filled in with the old information under the User.

 

We have tested and if we make changes to a user, the changes get updated, so we know LDAP is still properly syncing.  However it is not clearing the fields that are now empty.  Not sure why.  Any suggestions?

I just tried this on CUCM 11.5(1)SU5 and the pager cleared for my user.

So, you might be hitting a defect depending on your CUCM version:
