HI, I am working on a ISM-SRE-300-K9 module that has previously been configured/managed by someone else. The module has 70 active mailbox licenses yet when I run the 'show licence detail' command (pasted below), there appears to be additional permanent VMIVR-VM-MBX license nstalled but not actived. Am I reading this correct and if so, how do I activate these additional licenses.
