Local Directory not showing when using CME 8.6?

Hi,

I have a strange issue.  We are running CME 8.6 on a 2911.

We created directory entries under telephony-service.

However, on any IP phone if we click on the "Directories" button the option for "Local Directory" does not show up.

And we confirmed it is enabled:

show telephony-service | i local directory

local directory service: enabled.

What am I missing to get "Local Directory" listed on our phones?

Have you configured  following command under telephony service

url directories http

Huh, I removed  "ip http access-class 23" and all my directories (and services) popped right up.

I never knew that. 

So I just updated ACL 23 to include our remote site network.

Hi,

same problem for me with 2921 running IOS 15.2(4)M2 with CME 9.1

I had to do the following :

no ip http access-class 23

no ip http server

ip http access-class 23

access-list 23 permit

ip http server

After that, local directory work fine.
