Log In Banner IM & Presence

Any body have success in changing the login banner on IM&Presence 11.0

Following this.

Step 1	Create a .txt file with the contents you want to display in the banner.
Step 2	Sign in to Cisco Unified IM and Presence Operating System Administration.
Step 3	Choose Software Upgrades > Customized Logon Message.
Step 4	Click Browse and locate the .txt file.
Step 5	Click Upload File. The banner will appear before and after login on most IM and Presence Service interfaces. Note    The .txt file must be uploaded to each IM and Presence Service node separately.

I got the Require User Acknowledgement to work, but not seeing the new banner - is there a service that needs to be reset in order for the banner to be seen?

Hi Jim,

It works without any additional steps, you will see the banner just below the row/pane for login credentials , but on the left side of the screen.

Thanks - on three of my devices nothing shows up, it does work on my seven CUCM boxes just not on Unity, UCCX, & Cups.  I'll play around with it some more.  I

Restart one of the servers that is not the primary one and see if that helps.
