I have a UC520, and I am trying to find out how many channels from the T1 are being used during the course of a month. I am not sure how to find out that information, can anyone help?
you probably will not find anything in the IOS to look at this. You can only view activecalls or calls inprogress. You may need to purchase a third party app to handle this. I think these guys will work for you, but research
