Media Termination Point problem

Hello all,

I've been introduced to a new environment with a fairly simple setup.

One CUCM 8.5 on one site and a subscriber on another site.

A CUBE is in the same location as the publisher.

They started to experience call quality issues and they called us.

When we turned off the subscriber everything was gone!

After struggling a lot and asking TAC they suggested to turn off the MTP on the SIP trunk settings in CUCM.

now with the MTP unchecked and subscriber on everything works fine except  we started receiving calls from our remote location in Las Vegas which uses SD WAN using Meraki solution, they could receive a call but could not hear the caller on the other side.

We turned on the MTP and they are fine again. but we have to turn off the subscriber.

This is the MTP settings part of the IOS.

Well I realized that the replication between subscriber and publisher is broken.
