MediaSense Seach and Play Failed Authentication

Hi,

I'm facing an issue when try access to MediaSense Search and Play with a specific user.

The user is mapped from the Call Manager and is shown in MediaSense User List, this only happen with one user. We try remove other user and add it again and everything works fine.

This user is logged in phone without no problems. This is integrated with call manager in HCS.

Hi, 

I'm facing the same issue on a new 11.0 MediaSense environement. 

I had to reboot the server to have it solved. I assume there was something preventing AXL communications between CUCM & MediaSense.
