Migrate Call Manager 8

I am trying to move my call manager 8 to another location and I wanted to know the proper way to do this.  From what I know I shut down the subscribers first, then the publisher.  Using util system shutdown. 

What about bringing up the system?  What is the correct procedure for this?  Any input will be appreciated.

Pretty much the reverse order, start up the PUB, wait until it's fully back, then SUB1, wait until it's fully back and so on.
