Migrate from Attendant Console Enterprise to Premium
Good day all, two questions, firstly are there migration SKUs to go from CUEAC 8.6 to CUPAC 9.0? According to the ordering guide migrations from one Cisco Unified Attendant Console edition to another are not applicable. I can't believe that the client would have to purchase new licenses? Does anyone have any experiance in ordering this?
Secondly has anyone done such an upgrade? Is it simply running the new install over the top of the current installation?
